In The Distance (Closed. Don't reply.)

Dawn~
I could tell she was still chasing me, so i ran faster, ducking behind the school. I stumbled, but regained my footing and took off again, heading towards the woods behind the school, which was another bad idea. It's where I was taken from last time.

"hey, hey, you, wait!" I yelled, still following

a girl about my age ran in to me "you okay?" I asked as I helped her up.

i saw her get stopped, and i ran faster before she could try and get away. I just wanted to know why she'd been following me.

Dawn~
I stood up quickly and looked back at the girl chasing me, she was gaining. I turned back to the guy.
"Oh, ya, thanks... Sorry" I took a couple steps backward and to the side, lining up a clear path to run down. I hesitated before I started running again, but I did.

"urg" I continued to follow

Dawn~
I tripped on a root, scraping my knees on the ground. I wiped the blood with my hand, but just smudged it. I gritted my teeth and ran some more, narrowly avoiding trees.

"Stop!" I cried, "I just want to talk" I leaped over the tree root she had tripped over, and followed still

Dawn~
She wants to talk? About what? I slowed to a stop and turned around wearily. I wasn't stupid, i was ready to run if i needed to, but for now... I stood patiently waiting for her to get closer.
"Talk about what?" i asked cautiously.
((Okay, so i leave tomorrow and won't be on til the 22nd at least, but if you need to, you can control my character, either of you can))

I stopped a little bit from her, "Why were you following me?" I asked, watching her warily

Dawn~
"I wasn't. if you recall, you were following me" I said.

"You were sneaking behind me as i walked down the street" I said, "Which made me follow you"

Dawn~
"No, I was hiding from you as you were walking down the street" I pointed out.

"At several different places down the street?" I said, "That was following, and not being very good at it either"

Dawn~
I sighed and did my best to explain.
"I snuck out of my house and ran down the street. I saw you coming and dove into the ditch, I was going to wait til you were gone, but I'm not very patient, so i came out and ran to the alley"

"mmmhmmm" I said, in a thats likely sound. "Sure" I shifted slightly

Dawn~
"Well, if that's all, then I'm gonna go now" I turned on my heel and started walking away.

"Why were you sneaking out for?" I asked

Dawn~
"Not like my parents would let me out, I'm 'crazy', 'unstable'" I made little air quotations around the words. "They just can't handle me being different." I kept walking.

"Mine thinks my little brother, five years old, is absolutely perfect. Me? They gave up on me ages ago" I said

Dawn~
I smirked.
"I know the feeling... Somewhat"

I nodded, absently, "I find being perfect rather boring" I said

Dawn~
Grinning, i turned around.
"Guess we've got a lot in common"
