Perfect Assassins

I looked up and shook my head, standing up to bring her into my arms. "It's alright, you were dancing with our family and loved ones."

Krissy:

“I just want to spend time with everyone. Before we go…” I said softly leaning into him and letting my hand glide down his chest, over his suit.

I chuckled softly, "Don't let me stop you love. I'm glad to see you having fun."

Krissy:

“I want to spend time with everyone here, but I want you to be at my side, holding me hand.” I told him and kissed his lips gently. I pulled him along with me to go talk to our family.

The rest of the night seemed to go by so quickly. We were all happy, we were all together and safe. It couldn’t have been better. This was the best day of my life.

At the end of the night we said goodbye to everyone we wouldn’t see in the morning. I got a little tearful as we got into our car to take us to the hotel, even though I knew I would see them one more time before we left.

I sat in the back with her, letting the driver take us to the hotel. I felt nervous more than ever now. It had been a bit easier when we were with everyone else. But now...now we were together forever, but it made me wonder if all the brightness and joy would leave once we were alone together.

Krissy:

I watched out of the window until they were out of view then I turned to Michael. I laid my head on his shoulder and squeezed his hand in mine.

I smiled softly and squeezed her hand back, resting my head on top of hers. "My wife...Krissy Marie O'Shay Night....my wife."

Krissy:

I smiled and took in a deep breath. I sighed it out in contentment. “I love hearing you say that.” I said happily.

"It's true. You are mine now....and I couldn't be happier about it." I said with a soft chuckle.

Krissy:

“Me either.” I said softly, turning to cup his face with my free hand and kiss him.

I kissed her back softly, lifting a hand to touch her cheek.

Krissy:

My hand slid down his neck and to his chest, resting there as I kissed him more hungrily. Now that we were alone, it was easy for my mind to center on him.

I kept my hand on her cheek before I had to pull away when the cat stopped and the door was held open for us.

Krissy:

I looked into his face and it took me a moment before I was ready to get out of the car. With I sigh I let go of him and got out of the car.

I heard her sigh and I frowned, feeling bad for what I assumed was a disappointed sigh.

Krissy:

“Hey,” I said softly once he had joined me on the sidewalk outside the hotel. I rubbed the little crease on his forehead left by the frown I had just caught on him. “Is everything alright?” I asked softly, holding onto him.

"I'm just...realizing that this is forever. Once we step inside the hotel...that's it. It is just us. So far we have been together around other people once we get inside...with no one around..." I shook my head and let out a soft breath. I looked at her then at the building. I gently extracted myself from her to stand at the doorway. I held it open with one hand as I crossed the threshold before turning to look at her. I held out a hand towards her. "Once you come inside you can't turn back...this is your last chance Krissy to back out."

Krissy:

I was surprised at what he was saying but I waited for him to finish before I took his hand. “Darling,” I said softly, looking into his eyes. “This isn’t my last chance.” I smiled. “My last chance was a long time ago. I haven’t had a choice in this for a while. My heart is entirely yours. Even if I had ever wanted to leave you, which I never have, I wouldn’t be able to. I am yours forever and always, fully and completely.”

I took her hand and squeezed it tight, my heart filled with love as I gazed into her eyes. "I have had no choice in the matter the day you first laid eyes on me. You snared me without knowing you snared me, and from that day I have been yours." I told her softly, pulling her into the hotel. I turned away just to get our hotel room key before picking her up in my arms bridal style as I carried her to the elevator.

Krissy:

I gasped and giggled as he swooped me into his arms. I hit the floor button with the tip of my heel and kissed him happily as the elevator doors closed.

I kissed her back happily, holding her against me in her wedding dress. I as sure Lexi had already sent our things to the room, so I wasn't worried about tomorrow.

Krissy:

I pulled back when the elevator opened hoping no one was about to get in with us. I looked up and seeing it was our floor I grinned. When we reached our room number I stretched my arm out to open the door for us.

I stepped into the room with a small chuckle. "Welcome to our room for the night..." I said as I let my eyes roam over the suite.

Krissy:

I glanced around. It was beautiful, and very spacious. There was a a nice little sitting area around a fake fireplace, and a TV above that. I assumed the double doors lead to the bed room.

I wiggled slightly in his arms. “It’s very nice, but I’m most interest in the bedroom…” I said softly in his ear.

I bit my ear. "I'll get us some drinks...I'll meet you in there." I murmured back into her ear with a soft nip at her earlobe.
