All Hope Is Gone (open)

I rushed out and looked at Lillith, "whatever your doing, stop. now." i said my voice ice cold

Ellie:
I shoved her back, glaring.
"I don't care if Thomas or Lauren or anyone else in this house kills you. You must never do this," I snapped, shoving her back. The little girl seemed frightened of Will and I and she looked down. Lauren stopped screaming and was reduced to whimpering softly. I took her away from Thomas and held her close.

I sighed running a hand through my hair, "Dont do stuff like that... You cant be hurting us, im allowing you to stay here. control youself."

Ellie:
I smoothed Lauren's hair and wiped the blood off her cheeks and from under her nose. I kissed the top of her head.
"It's okay, Lauren," I whispered. Lilith didn't say anything, just watched for a while.
"I'm sorry, sir. Lauren just frightened me. I'm sorry," she said softly and went back to her room.

I knelt down beside Lauren and hugged her softly kissing her forehead, "im sorry.

Ellie:
"Its okay," she whispered and pressed her face to my neck. I picked her up and took her to her room. Thomas followed.
"That... child - won't enter her room, I'll make sure of it," he said, looking up at me. I kissed his forehead and shook my head.
"Don't. I don't want you hurt too," I said softly and he nodded.

"If anything happens you come get me or your mother, you understand?" i ask frowning as i stand up

Ellie:
He nodded and I messed his hair up.
"Go out and pick berries," I teased and he smiled a bit. He nodded and walked out.

pick berries?" i ask raising an eyebrow

Ellie:
"He used to like doing that. While Laurie liked hunting," I shrugged a little.

well. i need to pay attention a little more." i sigh rubbing my eyes

Ellie:
"I don't know what I'm doing either, love. But I try," I said softly.

i nod a little and kis her forehead, sighing

Ellie:
"You're a good father, you do what you can," I smiled and kissed him softly.

and your a good mother" i say softly and kiss her back

Ellie:
"No, not really," I laughed and rolled my eyes.

i think you are"

Ellie:
"I can do no wrong with you," I laughed.

of course not. i love you to much" i laugh and kiss her gently

Ellie:
I smiled against his lips.

i smile back a bit and pull away

Ellie:
"I think I should go see Lilith," I said softly.

"Il come along." i say with a nod

Ellie:
I nodded and went to her room. She was sitting on the window seat, watching Thomas pick berries.
"You love them more," she said softly, knowing we were here.
"Lilith -" I started but I couldn't deny it.
"You love Lauren, Thomas, Will, and Taylor more than me. Is it because of Dante?" she asked and turned her head to look at me. I don't think she noticed or cared that Will was in the room.

I didnt say anything i just looked at Lillith with a little sadness, i know what she was but what she was saying was still rather sad.
